Warranty Policy

Subject to the exclusions set out below, faulty parts and products will be replaced or repaired free of charge by Hydrix Technology Group Ltd in respect of those Goods and Services that fall within the two years parts and labour warranty window which is in effect from the proof of purchase date.

All commercially installed systems must be maintained and serviced by being sanitized and filters replaced at a minimum biannually. If this is not being done by Hydrix Technology Group Ltd ourselves then we would require engineer reports detailing the dates and works completed in the event of any warranty claim.

 

Exclusions:

  1. This policy only applies where: (i) the product is installed and used strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the instructions supplied with the product; and (ii) the failure is not due to accident, wear, misuse, abuse, unsuitable water conditions (including untreated hard water, contaminants, or inappropriate water pressure), poor cabinet ventilation or to any alteration, modification or repair by any party not expressly nominated by Hydrix Technology Group Ltd.

  2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from non-operation of the product or consequential damage to any other goods, furnishings, or property.

  3. This warranty does not apply to any consumables. Consequently, no warranty applies to the life of any filtration cartridge installed within the appliance as cartridge life may vary according to water quality and the rate of water consumption.

  4. The warranty does not cover products installed outside of the UK.

 

*Titanium tank—20-year corrosion/Leakage warranty on the Titanium tank itself. Parts attached to the tank are not covered under the same 20-year anti-corrosion warranty.

**In situations where a spare part is insufficient for repair and a full component (boiler/tap/chiller) is required, the replacement part will be part-only warrantied for 12 months if no warranty exclusions above exist.

​

Replacement of a component part of the complete system does not constitute an extension of the whole system warranty. The whole system warranty will expire 24 months from the date of purchase.
