Definitions
1.1 “The Company” means Hydrix Technology Group Ltd., registered office is at Units 2-3 Mapledean Chase, Latchingdon, Essex CM3 6LG, United Kingdom. Company Registration number 10960521, VAT number is 485 0518 79.
1.2 “The Customer” means the Customer to whom the goods are sold.
1.3 “Goods” means the goods, material described on the face hereof.

General
These Terms of Sale and Supply form the whole agreement between the Company and the Customer and shall not be removed or varied in any way. No other express terms, written or oral, shall be incorporated into the contract.

Prices
3.1 Unless otherwise stipulated all prices in our quotations and written acceptances are ex-works and exclude VAT and do not include the cost of packing. We accept all orders on the condition that all such prices are subject to revision at any time before the goods are dispatched to take account of any increase in costs. Delivery costs will be detailed in 4.
3.2 Quotation acceptance, it is deemed that the customer has checked all details on the quotation are correct and to their satisfaction prior to accepting the quotation and authorising with a covering purchase order that matches the product amounts and values shown accurately.
3.3 Prices quoted are for delivery to the UK only, we cannot accept orders for delivery outside of the UK. This includes Ireland and the Channel Islands. -
Delivery charges
4.1 Spare part orders would be subject to a delivery charge to cover shipping costs of £10.
4.2 3 in 1 at the sink complete systems would be subject to a delivery charge to cover shipping costs of £10.
4.3 N1 and Q1 systems are delivered by pallet to ensure they are received in good condition and the shipping charge is covered in the purchase price.
4.4 Returns due to Order cancellation or ordering an incorrect item will be charged out at £25 to cover shipping and administration costs unless returned directly to our warehouse by the customer. -
Cancellation
5.1 The Customer is not permitted to cancel the contract with the Company except with the written consent of a Director of the Company.
5.2 Where there is an agreed cancellation as permitted by clause 5.1 above, the Customer shall pay to the Company a percentage of the contract price representing liquidated damages to compensate the Company against all losses incurred because of the cancellation. -
Delivery and Storage
6.1 Delivery is deemed to occur on the date when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s premises or nominated delivery address.
6.2 Delivery dates for goods mentioned by the Company in any quotation, order or other document are approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.
6.3 Late performance of the contract does not entitle the buyer to do any of the following:
6.3.1 reject the goods.
6.3.2 terminate the contract.
6.3.3 withhold payment of any part of the contract price.
6.4 On delivery of any goods, the Customer shall carefully examine the goods immediately on receipt and before use of them, to ensure that they correspond with their description and specification and shall notify the Company in writing of any short delivery or any defect reasonably discoverable on careful examination.
6.4.1 Such notification should be made in writing and received by the Company within four working days commencing with the day of the Customer’s receipt of the said goods.
6.4.2 The Customer should preserve intact the said goods if subject of a claim under clause 6.4 hereof for a period of thirty days to afford the Company by its servants or agents an opportunity to inspect the said goods.
6.4.3 Where the Customer complies with clauses 6.4 and 6.4.2 hereof and the Company, in its absolute discretion, accepts the claim, the Company will credit the said goods or replace them.
6.4.4 Where the Customer fails to comply with clauses 6.4, 6.4.1 and 6.4.2
hereof the Company shall not be liable for any claim for short delivery or defective goods.

5. Cancellation/returns
5.1 As an online customer you have a further right to change your mind under the consumer contracts regulations 2013. You have 14 days from the date of goods receipt to return and request a refund for your goods. You must notify us by email at info@hydrix.uk
5.2 Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of:
5.2.1 Any product which has already been installed or used.
5.4.3 Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
5.4.4 Product where installation has completed.
