Order Processing

• Orders can be placed online, via email, or in person.

• Once an order is confirmed, we will process and dispatch it as soon as possible.

• Customers will receive an order confirmation via email, including details of their purchase and estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Delivery Charges

• A standard delivery charge of £10 applies to all orders.

• For larger orders requiring pallet delivery, additional shipping costs may apply. We will notify you of any extra charges before dispatching your order.

 

Delivery Timeframes

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, with delivery typically within 3-5 business days for standard shipments.

• For larger or bespoke orders, delivery may take longer. Estimated lead times will be provided upon order confirmation.

 

Consumer Rights (Online Orders Only)

• Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers who purchase online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

• To cancel, please notify us in writing via email. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Orders Placed via Email or In Person

• Orders placed via email or in person are not covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

• Any cancellations or order amendments for these purchases must be agreed upon before dispatch.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos of the damage or issue and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
