Online Orders

Customers who purchase online are covered under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

• To request a return, please contact us in writing via email within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Orders Placed via Email or In Person

• Orders placed via email or in person are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

• Any cancellations or order amendments must be agreed upon before dispatch.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos to assess the issue and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• In these cases, we will cover any return shipping costs.

Exemptions

• Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Items that have been installed, used, or altered from their original condition cannot be returned.
